2/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups canned fruit pie filling Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two loaf pans. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into loaf pans. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool on wire racks.
