How to make CREPES FLAMBE While i was in Cuba, we had Crepes Flambe every night for dessert. I was craving it so I thought i would try it out to see if i could make it. It turned out so tasty. The only thing it needed was more alcohol so the flames would last a bit longer. Recipe Butter Orange juice your choice of fruit ( I had peaches, blueberries and strawberries) let that cook for a minute or two Add alcohol ( away from flames) brandy, rum, anything that is high in alcohol content will flambe after the flames are gone add the premade crepes, after a minute it is done enjoy! |
